Investment Strategy

The portfolio will seek to hold a minimum of 10% in local property stocks and 10% in offshore property in order to maximise returns for investors. For efficient portfolio management purposes, the Manager may invest in financial instruments (derivatives) allowed by the Act in order to achieve its investment objective. The investments in CIS and offshore are permitted as per the supplemental deed.
